As SplitCare Pro, we place great importance on ensuring that your personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. 1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

As SplitCare Pro, in our capacity as data controller, and within the scope of our legal obligations arising from applicable legislation; we collect your personal data verbally, in writing, or electronically through verbal communication, our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels. This is done to enable you to benefit from our services, inform you about our campaigns (with your consent), record your suggestions and complaints, provide better service standards, and determine and implement commercial and business strategies.

As SplitCare Pro, in our capacity as data controller, we may obtain, record, store, preserve, alter, update, periodically check, reorganize, classify, and retain your personal and/or sensitive personal data, obtained with your consent, either in whole or in part. These parties may include our group companies, business partners, customers we serve, suppliers, auditing companies, or public institutions authorized to request such data under the law.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law

SplitCare Pro will respond to the following requests of data subjects:

a) To learn whether SplitCare Pro processes their personal data and which personal data it processes,

b) To obtain information about the purposes of the data processing activity,

c) To know the third parties to whom SplitCare Pro transfers personal data domestically or abroad,

d) To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,

e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,

f) To request that the corrections, deletions, or destructions made be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

g) To object to the emergence of a result against themselves through the exclusive analysis of the processed data via automated systems,

h) To request copies of their personal data.

Privacy and Security

Splitcarepro.com may request some personal information (such as name, age, interests, and email) from you in order to provide better service. The information collected on SplitCare Pro's online servers is used only within the online store for periodic campaign work, designing special promotional activities based on customer profiles, and customer segmentation to prevent the sending of unsolicited emails. SplitCare Pro strictly does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties without the knowledge or contrary instruction of the member, nor does it use or sell it for any commercial purpose outside the scope of its activities.

Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is requested by them and when required by applicable mandatory regulations.

All information entered into the system by the customer can only be accessed and changed by the customer. It is not possible for anyone else to access or modify this information. Credit card details requested on the payment page are not stored on splitcarepro.com or on the servers of the companies that serve it, in order to keep security at the highest level for you, our valued customers. In this way, all payment transactions are conducted between your bank and your device through the splitcarepro.com interface.
