Delivery Conditions
Once your orders are processed, they are delivered to cargo within 24 hours on weekdays - usually the same day - and on the following business day on weekends.
When you shop through Splitcarepro.com, your order will be delivered free of charge by our contracted cargo company.
The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the location you place your order. While the delivery time varies between 1-3 business days for city centers, delivery times may vary for districts.
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

We believe that you will like our SplitCare Pro branded products, but you still have the right to return the product or products you want to return within 14 days from the delivery date.
The product you want to return must be unused, the box must be undamaged, the box contents must be complete, and it must be in its original packaging and shipped without any damage .
If there are other products purchased together with the product within the scope of periodic "Buy Together" campaigns, they must be returned together. If they are not returned together, it is not possible to benefit from the campaign and each product will be processed at the current catalogue prices and your return amount will be recalculated.
